Every step of the BOTCHAN chatbot CV funnel is fed to Meta CAPI as learning data. postMessage relays browser-side events into sGTM, so even mid-funnel signals — including partial drop-offs — reach Meta. The delivery algorithm can then learn which customers actually respond.
With Stape reStore we persist user data on the server side. Email, phone and external_id captured at form-entry time are held server-side and then sent with a full set on every purchase completion. EMQ remains steady at 9.3, maximizing Meta's algorithm learning precision.
Implementing Meta CAPI with a Dedup Key removes 99% of duplicates, so cart CVs and the CV counts in Meta's dashboard align perfectly. Noise disappears from the learning data and "which creative drives CVs" becomes visible. Clients can now bake a creative hypothesis-testing PDCA cycle into their operations.
Every event captured via sGTM is consolidated in BigQuery and connected to Claude MCP. Across Meta / Google / Yahoo / TikTok / LINE, we auto-generate creative evaluations based on each platform's accurate CV baseline. Creative decisions can now be made with numeric evidence per platform.

GTM Web container stays in place and continues to do its job. We add a GTM Server container and build the Web → Server path on top of it. No existing triggers or tags are broken — you can migrate gradually. CAPI delivery can also run in parallel with your existing web-pixel setup, keeping switch-over risk to a minimum.
