Q.01 Why is the setup free? +
As a Stape Official Partner, 1900film is committed to growing the number of companies running on sGTM. Our revenue comes from the partner commission tied to Stape contracts, so we don't need to bill clients for setup work. Improvement stories from our partner companies also become case studies we can share with Stape and the wider ad industry, feeding long-term leads. It's a genuine Win-Win arrangement.
Q.02 What happens to our existing GTM implementation? +
Your existing GTM Web container stays in place and continues to do its job. We add a GTM Server container and build the Web → Server path on top of it. No existing triggers or tags are broken — you can migrate gradually. CAPI delivery can also run in parallel with your existing web-pixel setup, keeping switch-over risk to a minimum.
Q.03 How long until we're live in production? +
A typical engagement takes 2–3 weeks from inquiry to production: requirements call in week 1, sGTM build and testing in week 2, production release and monitoring in week 3. Projects with complex custom measurement (chatbot-driven CVs, LIFF integration, multi-domain setups, etc.) are quoted individually.
Q.04 Are there any costs on our side? +
Setup is free, but the Stape hosting fee (from $20/month) is your responsibility. That fee is paid directly to Stape, not to 1900film — in JPY terms, roughly 3,000–10,000 yen per month. If you also need to sign new contracts for a domain, BigQuery or other peripheral services, we provide cost estimates up front based on your requirements.
Q.05 What does operational support cover? +
After the initial build, three months of measurement monitoring is included by default (at no extra cost). We share EMQ score trends, detected CAPI delivery errors, and BigQuery event aggregation reports on a regular cadence. From month four onward, we can propose optional plans for monthly operations reports, additional implementations, A/B test design and more.
Q.06 Do you support CAPIs beyond Meta? +
Yes — Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, GA4 Measurement Protocol, Yahoo Search / Display CAPI, TikTok Events API, and LINE LAP CAPI are all supported. Single-payload delivery to all five platforms is the standard configuration. Custom APIs (e.g. sending into your own DWH) are also available on request.
